The Prosecuting Attorney in Harrison County has filed criminal charges against a 23-year-old man in connection with a missing teenager. Elijah McPike of Trenton is charged with Violation of an Order of Protection and Kidnapping. Violating an ex-parte order is a class-a misdemeanor, while the kidnapping charge is a class-b felony.

The Harrison County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday issued an endangered person advisory for 15-year-old Bailey Ann Summers after she left a Gilman City resicence with McPike. The Sheriff says McPike has been known to be violent and suicidal.

They were in a 2001 Dodge Ram extended cab pickup truck, silver in color, with Missouri plates 5DB857. Anyone with information should call 911 to reach the nearest law enforcement agency.
