Western Border.”  The program at 7 p.m. this evening in the Belt Branch Annex, 1904 Belt Highway, is free and open to the public.

This program is presented in conjunction with the traveling exhibit “Lincoln: The Constitution and the Civil War”. Organized by the National Constitution Center and the American Library Association Public Programs Office, this exhibit has been made possible by a major grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities and is based on an exhibit of the same name developed by the National Constitution Center.  For more information call 816-232-5479
