The St Joseph Regional Association of Realtors reports 116 residential units sold in September, an increase of more than 14% over a year ago.

Those homes sold for over 11-million dollars, an 18% increase over last year.

Year-to-date sales totals in the association’s nine-county area are up more than 17% over last year.
