A 19-year-old New Hampton womanwas seriously hurt in a crash Monday west of Gallatin.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a Ford Escape driven by Breanna Jones hit a pickup truck making a left turn off of Route 6.

Jones’ vehicle left the highway and hit a utility pole. The pickup crossed the highway and left the roadway.  

Jones was transported to Liberty Hospital with serious injuries.  The other driver, 51-year-old Tina Esbeck of Gallatin, was treated for minor injuries at Cameron Regional Medical Center.
