HIGHLAND—One person was injured in a Sunday evening crash in Doniphan County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol Reported a 2001 Ford Taurus driven by Cassie M. Rawles, 28, Highland was traveling west on East Spring St. in Highland.

For an unknown reason the vehicle left the roadway, striking a power pole and came to rest next to a house.

Rawles was transported to the hospital in Hiawatha.
The KHP reported she was not wearing a seat belt.
