A head-on crash in Atchison County, Missouri sent a 57-year-old man to the hospital with serious injuries early Monday morning.

A crash report says David Peterson of Shenandoah, Iowa was transported to George C. Grape Communit Hospital in Hamburg, Iowa.

Investigators say his pickup was hit head-on by another pickup along 130th Street east of Route-T shortly after 1:30 a.m. Monday.

The other driver, Trev Martin of Westboro, Missouri, was not injured.
