A single-vehicle crash near Watson, Missouri early Saturday morning sends a Kansas City man to the hospital with moderate injuries.

A crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says Matthew Zombo, 21, of Kansas City, Missouri, was a passenger in a vehicle that went out of control on exit ramp 116 off I-29. The vehicle left the ramp, slid across route A and went airborne before hitting a ditch.

Mr. Zombo was taken to Grape Community Hospital. The driver, a Council Bluffs, Iowa man, refused medical treatment.
