A collision on a Harrison County road claimed the life of a 34-year-old Cainsville woman.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Chrystal Everett was driving southbound on Route B north of Mount Moriah shortly before 1 p.m. Wednesday when her Dodge Dakota left the highway. The crash report says Everett overcorrected, and drove into the path of a semi.

Everett was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash by Harrison County Coroner Zack Wilson.

The driver of the semi was identified by the patrol as 34-year-old Jacobus Ban-Deventer. Ban-Deventer was not hurt.
