Two Spickard women were injured in a crash Wednesday afternoon in Grundy County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 19-year-old Nina Jermanovich was driving a 1990 Toyota Camry westbound on 118th St around 3:45 p.m about three miles east of Spickard. Jermanovich stopped at the Route Y intersection then continued west across Route Y and into the path of a 2003 Chevrolet Impala driven by 60-year-old Cheryl Burtch. The patrol said Jermanovich’s vehicle rolled over one time after impact. Jermanovich was reported to be wearing a seat belt and received minor injuries but refused treatment at the scene. Burtch was also reported to be wearing a seat belt, she was transported to Wright Memorial Hospital for treatment of what was described as a moderate injury.
