2 Nebraska murder suspects captured in Missouri

TROY, Missouri — Two suspects in a Nebraska murder case are in custody in Missouri after being arrested at a Walmart store in Missouri.

The Troy Missouri Police Department was contacted by the Bellevue Nebraska Police Department requesting assistance in locating a homicide suspect, Raymond Davis, 29, Des Moines IA, who they believed to be in the area of the Troy Walmart, according to a media release from police.

Detectives with the Bellevue NE Police Department had been tracking Davis’s movements and his last coordinates came back to the area of Walmart. Troy Officers responded to the area and began a search for Davis. He was seen exiting the store and was arrested without incident.

Davis had active warrants through Nebraska for First-Degree Murder, Conspiracy to commit a felony, and Use deadly weapon to commit a felony.

Davis was in the company of Krystal Martin, 20, Hawk Point. Martin has also been charged through Nebraska for First-Degre Murder.

Both have been held at the Lincoln County Jail without bond awaiting extradition back to Nebraska since June 30. Investigators did not report the arrest until July 17.
