Buchanan County Circuit Judge Daniel Kellogg scheduled jury selection to begin November 17 for Terry Matson. According to court documents, the victim said sexual contact began last year and continued into this year. Mr Matson is charged with one count of Statutory Sodomy.
Trial was scheduled November 17 through 19.
Mr Matson remains in custody in the Buchanan County Jail, unable to post $25,000 bail.
