Road work for northwest Missouri, March 21 – 27

JOSEPH, Mo. – The following is a listing of general highway maintenance and construction work in the Northwest Missouri region planned for the week of March 21 – 27 from the Missouri Department of Transportation. In addition to the work listed below, there may be pothole patching, bridge deck washing, brush cutting, guardrail repairs and other road work conducted throughout the region. Many of these will be moving operations and could include lane closures with delays.

 

Andrew County

Route P – CLOSED from County Road 101 to County Road 104; culvert replacement, March 23, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Atchison County

Route N – CLOSED at the East Fork of the Little Tarkio Creek Bridge; bridge replacement project. The road will be closed through mid-June.

Interstate 29 – Pothole patching, March 21 – 22

U.S. Route 275 – Shoulder work, March 21 – 23

Route J – At the Tarkio River Bridge; bridge maintenance, March 22 – 24

Route EE – Pothole patching, March 24 – 25

Buchanan County

I-229 – Sealing, March 21 – 25

Various routes – Striping, March 21 – 25

Route Y – CLOSED from Route DD to Route 116; chip seal, March 22 – 23, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily

Caldwell County

Route HH – From Route D to Route 121 (Clinton County); brush cutting, March 21 – 25

Carroll County

Route Z – CLOSED from Route C to Route T; culvert replacement, March 21, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Route Z – CLOSED from County Road 140 to County Road 130; culvert replacement, March 22, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Chariton County

Route FF – Drainage work, March 21 – 25

U.S. Route 24 – From Route KK to Route F; shoulder work, March 21 – 25

Routes D, F and 129 – Pothole patching, March 21 – 25

Route 139 – From Route RA to the Carroll County line; pothole patching, March 23 – 25

Clinton County

Route HH – From Route 121 to Route D (Caldwell County); brush cutting, March 21 – 25

Daviess County

Route 6 – From I-35 to the Grundy County line; sealing and pothole patching,March 21 – 25

Harrison County

Route D – From Route M to Route F; pothole patching, March 21 – 25

Route U – CLOSED from West 110th Place to the Iowa state line; culvert replacement, March 22, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Route 46 – CLOSED from Route NN to Route C (Worth County); culvert replacement, March 23, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Holt County

Route 118 – From U.S. Route 59 in Mound City to approximately one mile west of U.S. Route 59; pavement repair, March 21 – 25

Route 111 – From the city limits of Oregon to the city limits of Forest City; drainage work, March 21 – 25

Route 111 – From U.S. Route 159 to Route 118; drainage work, March 21 – 25

I-29 – Southbound driving lane at the Nodaway River Bridge; bridge maintenance,March 22 – 24 (Includes a 12 foot width restriction.)

Linn County

U.S. Route 36 – From Route 11 to Route 139; pothole patching, March 21 – 22

Livingston County

Route H – From U.S. Route 65 to Route 139; pothole patching, March 21 – 23

Route 139 – From the Carroll County line to Route RA (Chariton County); pothole patching, March 23 – 25

Mercer County

U.S. Route 136 – From the Princeton city limits to Route C; shoulder work, March 21 – 25

Nodaway County

Route FF – CLOSED at the South Fork of Clear Creek Bridge; bridge replacement project. The bridge will be closed through the end of April.

Route C – From Dynasty Road to Century Road; drainage work, March 21 – 22

Route C – CLOSED from 140th Street to 130th Street; culvert replacement, March 22, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Route 113 – CLOSED from Route 46 to 260th Street; culvert replacement, March 23, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Route 46 – CLOSED from Burr Oak Road to Route PP; culvert replacement, March 24, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Sullivan County

Route 129 – CLOSED from Table Road to Talent Road; culvert replacement, March 23, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily

Worth County

U.S. Route 169 – From Route 46 to 150th Road; slide repair, March 21 – 25

Route 46 – CLOSED from Route C to Route NN (Harrison County); culvert replacement, March 23, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
